Establish rigorous offline/online evals, ensuring safety and quality for users. Drive LLMOps maturity across deployment, monitoring, and performance management. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years leading DS/ML teams in production environments with GenAI or large-scale ML products. Hands-on expert in modern generative AI, LLM architectures, and production deployment at scale. Strong Python background with PyTorch and TensorFlow; solid MLOps/LLMOps knowledge in cloud. Strategic communicator who can secure exec buy-in and influence across functions/geographies.
