Event Supervisor (Freelance)

📋 Description Manage guest facing operations for each event night Lead a local team of 15-20 staff and coordinate with Fever Ops on-site Oversee pre-show and post-show checklists and vendor coordination 🎯 Requirements Experience leading large teams at outdoor festivals or immersive events Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration Proven ability to manage staff schedules and time sheets Comfort with a constantly changing environment and on-site safety standards Proficiency with Google Drive and Google Suite (Sheets, Word/Docs, Meetings) Experience with POS setups and ticketing operations is a plus 🎁 Benefits Freelance role with daily pay around $400/day Hybrid work arrangement: remote prep, onsite event execution
