📋 Description Customer engagement and sales support to drive account growth and retention Onsite visits with customers when appropriate Identify and address manufacturing challenges (including DFM) Provide project management and oversight on complex opportunities Collaborate with Account Executives and Pre-Sales to compile competitive quotes Maintain awareness of upcoming customer projects to align with capabilities 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in aerospace/defense engineering and manufacturing roles Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience using Xometry’s services from a customer or partner perspective Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, drawings and GD&T Experience in CNC machining; composites, plastics, harnesses and sheet metal fab a bonus Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST and related compliance 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary with commission potential 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance Generous PTO, holidays, maternity leave, and wellbeing resources
