📋 Description Lead the HGLG team and collaborate with Drug Discovery partners. Define and implement cutting-edge computational methods for hit/lead discovery. Mentor early/mid-career scientists and influence cross-functional teams. Drive strategic initiatives across AbbVie’s small molecule portfolio. Present updates to leaders and external partners; maintain literature presence. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or higher in science with extensive relevant experience (>18y for MS; >10y for Proven coaching, people management, and global team leadership. Experience with modern computational drug discovery approaches. Strong communication, data-driven decision making, and collaboration skills.
