Production Shift Manager

📋 Description Lead a production team to deliver the production plan for Rudie's Kitchen & Ace's Pantry. Drive safety, quality and performance on shift through audits and corrective actions. Oversee training, SOP adherence and staff development on kitchen operations. Coordinate handovers and ensure smooth shift-to-shift transitions between departments. Collaborate with procurement/planning to meet meal output and sales demand. Support escalation and problem-solving to maintain on-time, high-quality output. 🎯 Requirements Strong production background in FMCG manufacturing. Experience in high-speed, volume manufacturing environments. Leadership experience with knowledge of safety legislation and GMP. Excellent planning, organization and scheduling skills. Clear communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
