Freight Operations Specialist

📋 Description Monitor daily freight and first-mile operations in real time. Investigate and resolve shipment delays and operational exceptions. Maintain shipment tracking, dashboards, and reporting across lanes. Own issues end-to-end with escalation as needed. Communicate status and risks to cross-functional teams. Assist routing decisions, carrier selection, and lane optimization. 🎯 Requirements This role requires West Coast–based working hours and location. 3–5+ years in freight operations, logistics, or related roles. Experience with LTL, parcel, truckload carriers, terminals, or 3PL partners. Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or carrier portals. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
