Partner with cross-functional teams to align delivery with strategy. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years leading cross-functional engineering teams. 7+ years in software development in fast-paced tech. Strong background in building large-scale distributed systems (Java or similar backend). Experience in architecture reviews, code reviews, and unblock technical hurdles. Competitive base salary with a range of $180,000 - $243,000.
