📋 Description Lead field staff in delivering client care and clinical services in a hybrid home/field role. Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and staff development for pediatric/home care teams. Coordinate care plans, documentation, and case reviews with clients, families, and office Travel throughout St. Louis County to support safe, high-quality care delivery. Balance in-person field visits with home-based administrative work. 🎯 Requirements Current MN RN license in good standing. Two+ years nursing experience; home health/pediatric experience preferred. Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians in home/pediatric settings. Trach/ventilator/tube-feeding experience preferred. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
