📋 Description Develop and execute global distribution strategy for profitable growth and scalable fulfillment. Lead Fan Engagement Center (FEC) in Kentucky and oversee global distribution network with 3PLs. Establish KPIs, service levels, and governance for consistent execution and continuous improvement. Drive modernization with SAP S/4, WMS, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities. Manage global distribution operating budget and lead strategic sourcing with 3PL partners. Build and develop a high-performing global distribution organization and lead cross-functional 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Master's Degree (MBA, SCM, Engineering, or related) preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in global distribution, fulfillment Proven success leading multi-site distribution operations, including company-operated facilities Experience developing and executing enterprise-level distribution/fulfillment strategies for growth Proven ability to lead large organizations through growth, transformation, and change. 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work model with on-site in Shepherdsville, KY.
