📋 Description Support and continuously improve tooling ecosystem for Safety, Privacy, Trust & Safety, and Work at intersection of operations and technology to scale tooling and workflows for global vendor Build and maintain agent tooling, support changes, and deliver service to internal stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in tools and systems administration or application support with end-user/agent-focused 2+ years with CRM, IVR, LMS, Knowledge Management, or customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk 2+ years managing third-party tools and API-based workflows. Ability to use data to identify opportunities and drive process improvements. Experience communicating technical information to technical and non-technical partners. Experience with automation or AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
