Stay informed on recruiting trends, analytics, and compliance related to our efforts. Innovate sourcing strategies and tools to identify top talent from non-traditional sources. Develop expansive sourcing approaches to grow a representative organization. 🎯 Requirements Strong recruiting and sourcing experience in engineering in a fast-growth tech company. Proven ability to drive efficiency through technology, processes, and workflow. Excellent relationship-building, consulting, and negotiation skills. Data-driven with analytical mindset and ability to think critically. Detail-oriented project management with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
