📋 Description Own end-to-end definition, integration, and delivery of the spacecraft bus and interaction with Serve as technical and programmatic focal point for spacecraft-level requirements and budgets Collaborate across internal teams and external bus providers through design, procurement Blend systems engineering, vendor management, and hands-on mission execution with high ownership Interface across technical and programmatic boundaries to shape decisions and ensure mission Operate in a fast-paced environment helping define stories for product, process, and culture. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical 7+ years of experience in spacecraft or satellite systems engineering, integration, or mission Proven ability to manage complex systems with multiple vendors and customers Strong understanding of spacecraft subsystems (power, thermal, comms, ADCS, propulsion) and their Experience leading cross-functional teams through integration and test, launch campaigns, or Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills across technical and programmatic 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation with equity Generous PTO and sick leave, parental leave Annual learning and development stipend Pay transparency and a comprehensive total rewards package Access to company benefits and perks (details on benefits page)
