Resource Planning & Readiness Manager

📋 Description Own the review, validation, and approval of Resource Plans before staffing. Verify roles, skills, effort estimates, and delivery requirements. Ensure leadership approvals for plans with multiple practices or areas. Align resource plans with forecasts, opportunity updates, and systems. Identify scope changes, risks, and coordinate updates before progression. Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, and leadership to clarify needs. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Administration, or related field, or equivalent 2+ years in resource management, staffing, deployment, or professional services ops. Experience in technology services, consulting, or software delivery preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems or similar platforms a plus. Understanding of professional services delivery, capacity planning, staffing processes.
