Registered Nurse, RN- Hospice, Full time

📋 Description Care delivery as a Hospice RN (Registered Nurse) in Rutland, VT on a per-visit basis for Addison Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories and provide palliative care at Administer medications, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort measures as part of the Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager. Document doctors' orders and follow up with necessary actions; perform client assessments as needed. Occasional on-call after hours and weekends as required. 🎯 Requirements A current VT RN license. Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care and/or hospice experience preferred but not required.
