📋 Description Own and evolve the smart contracts that mint, burn, and safeguard custom stablecoin supply. Build and scale backend services for onboarding, issuance, reserve accounting, and rewards Collaborate with product, design, and tech leads to ship features quarterly. Drive architectural decisions across backend and smart contract surfaces for security, scalability Write high-quality, well-tested code and raise operational excellence across the team. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in software engineering (backend services) Experience writing, testing, deploying smart contracts (Solidity or similar EVM) End-to-end service ownership and SOA at scale Security/correctness tradeoffs for onchain systems (audits, upgradeability, access control, key Golang experience and onchain fundamentals (Ethereum or similar); DeFi/stablecoin infra preferred Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency 🎁 Benefits Base salary range: $186,065 — $218,900 USD Equity, bonus eligibility, and standard benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))
