Performance Engineer - Benchmarking

📋 Description Build and improve benchmarking, profiling, and load-testing systems across cloud infrastructure Design benchmark suites and reference workloads representing real-world usage patterns. Establish baselines, regression detection, and measurement frameworks for reliable results. Develop workflows to convert benchmark data into actionable insights. Collaborate with database, infrastructure, and product teams to improve performance. Create systems enabling teams to run performance tests within development workflows. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience in performance engineering and benchmarking complex distributed systems. Hands-on with building and maintaining benchmarking systems emphasizing reproducibility and Strong understanding of systems architecture including databases, storage, networking, and cloud. Ability to analyze performance issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Experience creating tooling, automation workflows, and measurement frameworks.
