📋 Description Coordinate and supervise 1–2 residential programs for individuals with behavioral and mental health Direct supervision and training of mental health specialists; ensure program development and Maintain on-call duties; adjust schedule to program and staff needs. Ensure shifts are filled by qualified staff and adhere to policy A-02 wage rules. Manage direct service shifts when needed, typically not exceeding 16 hours/week. Starting salary: $65,000–$66,788 annually based on experience. 🎯 Requirements 3 years of experience supervising programs for behavioral/serious mental health needs. Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
