📋 Description Supervise hourly employees in the plant’s continuous production operation. Support plant goals: safety, process improvements, labor relations, quality, and productivity. Delegate assignments and monitor responsibilities affecting throughput, quality and safety. Understand customer requirements and plant emergency procedures. Coach, counsel, and discipline employees with strong communication.
