📋 Description Provide Home Health visits as a COTA in Southern New Castle County. Be part of a multidisciplinary health care team delivering rehabilitative care and skilled nursing Travel within assigned territory as required. 🎯 Requirements Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant by the state of DE. Willingness to travel in the assigned territory. Graduate from an OTA program accredited by AMA/AOTA or equivalent evidence. Two years of OTA experience and proficiency exam as applicable (pre-1977 qualifications acceptable).
