📋 Description Hybrid role based out of Toronto office. Owner of platform ops and tier-2 client support. Automate manual tasks and build lightweight tooling. Collaborate with Success, Product, and Engineering. Improve reliability and time to resolution with dashboards. Support vendor licenses and integrations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in CS or equivalent. 4+ years in hands-on SaaS ops. Strong scripting and automation. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with AI tools for scripting and troubleshooting.
