📋 Description Support cross-site value generation and harmonization initiatives. Analyze spend, process, and operational data to surface cost-savings opportunities. Develop business cases, opportunity assessments, and recommendations for leadership. Coordinate initiatives, track milestones, benefits, risks, and dependencies; report to leadership. Support tail spend optimization through data gathering and tracking outcomes. Contribute to catalog strategy adoption and corrective action planning. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. 3+ years in procurement, operations, supply chain, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to synthesize data into insights. Experience with spend analysis, process improvement, or category management preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage stakeholders across a matrix.
