📋 Description Define, refine, and execute Practice Economics strategic priorities, incl long-range planning Establish and manage operating cadence: leadership meetings, reviews, governance, decision rights Lead cross-functional initiatives across Practice Consulting, National Accounts, Strategic Define and evolve the operating model: ownership, governance, role clarity, processes Develop executive-ready communications, presentations, and strategic narratives Develop dashboards and scorecards to track performance, risks, and progress 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10+ years in strategy, business ops, or related fields; healthcare/pharma exposure preferred Strong business acumen, analytics, executive communication, influence without authority Experience building operating rhythms, governance, exec updates, performance tools Strong PowerPoint, storytelling, executive-level synthesis, and data-driven problem solving Strategic thinker; comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional alignment 🎁 Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and medical/dental/vision 401(k) to eligible employees; long-term incentive programs AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer
