📋 Description Oversee developer relations in assigned region, align with global strategy. Mentor Developer Evangelists (Community & Integrations). Lead lighthouse integration cases for high-quality benchmarks. Collaborate with Product Management on developer feedback and adoption. Act as senior advocate for game developers online and offline. Represent Xsolla at regional/global industry events with talks/workshops. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Developer Relations or similar, 2+ years in leadership. Strong game development background (mobile/PC/web), with integrations/APIs. Proven ability to lead distributed teams and drive engagement. Established presence in regional/global game dev communities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills across audiences.
