📋 Description Build a complex multi-tenant enterprise SaaS application for insurance AI solutions. Develop and maintain the backend REST server feeding machine learning data and BI. Own the full lifecycle of designing, building, and launching enterprise apps. Work on greenfield projects with high ownership and collaborate with product, data science, UX, and Help shape technology choices and the product roadmap; drive best practices and cross-team Grow and learn with a focus on large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of engineering experience, expert in Python development. Strong systems design and relational DB experience. Proven experience using AI/agentic tools to streamline development. Experience designing backend architectures for multi-tenant, multi-user scenarios. Ability to balance rapid prototyping with production-grade stability. Ability to write technical design docs, perform code reviews, and maintain modern engineering 🎁 Benefits Compensation: The base salary range is $200-225K, with annual bonus and RSU equity.
