📋 Description Lead Salesforce application delivery and engineering teams to improve revenue-focused tech Mentor distributed Salesforce developers, QA, and technical resources. Partner with stakeholders to deliver sales, partner, and commerce solutions. Advise on roadmaps, challenge requirements, and propose scalable solutions. Research trends and validate assumptions for informed product decisions. Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirements, design, and delivery. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in Salesforce development or equivalent, focusing on Lead-to-Cash, Demand-to-Cash, or Strong Salesforce knowledge: Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, Sales Cloud. Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, integrations, and config-based approaches. 2+ years managing Salesforce developers/contractors in Agile environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Understanding of Salesforce security practices and secure development. 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary range of $125,000 - $180,000 USD.
