Collaborate with product and engineering to capture feedback and influence solutions. Maintain customer architecture documentation and share best practices. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years building high-performance multi-tier apps with Kubernetes and containers. 2+ years in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role. Strong understanding of software development, engineering practices, and architecture concepts. Ability to explain complex topics to technical and executive audiences. Proven collaboration with engineering, business, and cross-functional partners.
