📋 Description Lead Growth pod of 6-10 engineers and QA across frontend, backend, integrations. Own API as a product and deliver major V3 overhaul while maintaining V2. Bring onboarding in-house; build dynamic KYB/KYC rules by jurisdiction and segment. Expand onboarding to new segments: self-serve signup to first trade, enterprise, partners Own activation surface: e-signatures, in-product checklists, lifecycle communications Own marketing site as a growth surface and ensure timely delivery across dependencies.
