Director Data Scientist (hands-on) | GenAI

📋 Description Lead GenAI initiatives within Wellhub's GenAI area in Brazil (Remote – Brazil). Set direction and drive execution of AI systems that shape user engagement with wellbeing products. Lead a multidisciplinary team of senior/principal scientists and collaborate with Product 🎯 Requirements 5+ years leading DS/ML teams in production environments. Hands-on expert in modern generative AI, LLM architecture, and production deployment at scale. Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow); experience with MLOps/LLMOps in cloud. Strategic communicator with ability to secure executive buy-in across functions and geographies. Fluent in English.
