📋 Description Design, build and maintain Refeyn’s instrument platforms Lead system design choices and module integration Translate product requirements into technical specs Plan for future system requirements and architecture Deliver technical and customer specs for new products 🎯 Requirements Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Self-starter in a multi-disciplinary team Optics/electro-optics background; PhD in Microscopy/laser optics/Nano-optics ideal Experience in design/alignment/troubleshooting optical equipment Data analysis in C/C++/Python/Matlab or similar 🎁 Benefits Base salary £40,000 to £55,000 25 days leave + bank holidays Up to 7% pension Private health insurance and other cover Volunteer day and bonus schemes Hybrid working
