📋 Description Provide strategic oversight of the psychiatry pillar within Neuroscience Therapeutic Area. Lead Precision Medicine Leads supporting psychiatry trials and biomarker strategies. Drive precision medicine impact to the pipeline across the psychiatry portfolio. Set long-term scientific direction and align with cross-functional and enterprise goals. Build external relationships; represent AbbVie in consortia and congresses. Prioritize emerging trends and pioneer innovative solutions for future needs. 🎯 Requirements PhD in Science or related field with 14+ years of experience; or Masters (20y) or Bachelors (22y) Proven ability to innovate with a track record of new or improved product releases. Ability to advise across AbbVie on risk management and cross-functional collaboration.
