📋 Description Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on delivery partner who designs and executes change programs Drive adoption of strategic initiatives, technology implementations, and organizational Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and embed human-centered change in Collaborate with client stakeholders, business leaders, and frontline teams to ensure sustainable Define adoption metrics, monitor readiness, surface risks, and adapt approaches based on Deliver high-quality change management work, build client relationships, and contribute to 🎯 Requirements 4 –7 years of experience in organizational design, transformation, and change enablement Experience leading or contributing to large-scale transformation workstreams. Exposure to digital, product, or engineering initiatives; GenAI experience a plus. Strong client-facing skills and ability to influence across levels from frontline to senior leaders. Comfortable facilitating workshops and sessions with clear storytelling and presentation skills.
