📋 Description Lead residential programs with high-acuity behavioral homes (AFH) in Baraboo & Lyndon Station Hands-on leadership in high-acuity environments; guide teams through crisis with person-centered Supervise DSP teams, implement BSPs, and support FBAs in collaboration with families and clinical Oversee program operations: staffing, budgets, and compliance; on-call rotation weekends/off hours.
