📋 Description Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Finance, Procurement, Patient Management, AI HR Lead and develop a team of product managers with strong product thinking and customer focus Collaborate with co-founders and execs to align strategy with priorities and fundraising milestones Partner with a distributed engineering and design team across time zones Drive discovery with healthcare customers to reflect real workflow needs Define and own product metrics: activation, retention, NRR, feature adoption 🎯 Requirements Experience scaling a product from scratch at a VC-backed health tech company Deep health tech domain knowledge and understanding of how clinics operate and buy Proven track record at high-growth pre-Series C firms building a product playbook Experience managing and developing a product team with hiring and coaching Comfort working with overseas engineering and design teams across time zones Strong command of the full product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery 🎁 Benefits Equity for all employees Competitive salary aligned with experience and location Hybrid work policy: in-office four days/week with Wednesdays remote
