Director Continuous Improvement

📋 Description Deploy Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and improve processes. Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement initiatives. Establish governance and performance systems to sustain improvements. Lead large, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to sustainment. Leverage data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities. Partner with IT/BI to develop dashboards and AI-driven insights. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field 7+ years in Continuous Improvement, Program Management, or related roles Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Six Sigma or similar Strong analytical skills with SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Excel Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact Experience translating business needs into technical and process solutions 🎁 Benefits
