📋 Description Own the recommendation and search personalization strategy across product surfaces Build end-to-end ML systems — data pipelines, feature engineering, model training, and production Drive relevance through rigorous experimentation and translate gains to measurable user outcomes Develop scalable, privacy-first ML architecture addressing data access, compliance, and security Mentor engineers, raise ML fluency, and serve as internal authority on ranking and personalization Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate model behavior into product outcomes 🎯 Requirements Demonstrated experience building recommendation and/or search systems at production scale Strong ML fundamentals: ranking, retrieval, feature engineering, model training/evaluation Ability to connect model improvements to measurable user/product outcomes via experiments Strong software engineering: reliable pipelines, maintainable code, debugging distributed systems Clear communication with Product/Engineering; align cross-functional teams on direction Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship 🎁 Benefits Pay Range: $185,000 — $205,000 USD
