📋 Description Embedded at Monks as a critical operational partner for a high-profile enterprise account. Bridge strategy and execution by translating program priorities into tracked release schedules. Coordinate global stakeholders and drive UAT follow-through and day-to-day product operations 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in product operations, program coordination, technical support, or execution-focused roles Operational & tracking expertise with enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) for high-volume Global alignment experience across multiple regions/time zones with strong cross-functional Release knowledge including localization workflows and UAT execution support.
