📋 Description Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable — invoicing, payments, collections, and Support month-end close: journal entries, bank reconciliations, prepaids, accruals, etc. Administer the expense policy — reviewing submissions, enforcing compliance, and following up with Support the annual audit: preparing schedules, pulling documentation, and responding to auditor Contribute to internal reporting and quarterly deliverables with accurate, timely supporting Partner with other teams on a wide range of projects; handle sensitive information with discretion. 🎯 Requirements 2–3+ years of hands-on accounting experience — GL, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, journal entries Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred or ability to learn quickly Highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or Finance; Bachelor’s degree preferred Familiarity with Claude and using AI to build solutions and drive productivity 🎁 Benefits Equal employment opportunities; inclusive workplace policies
