3PL Operations Associate

📋 Description Own daily operational monitoring across multiple 3PL partners using KPIs, dashboards, and reports Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs and hold partners accountable through data-driven Investigate operational issues across systems, carriers, and warehouses, documenting root cause and Analyze large data sets using Excel and other reporting tools to identify trends, anomalies Build, maintain, and continuously improve recurring reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams, 3PL partners, carriers, and customers 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal), with strong communication skills Strong Excel skills, including working confidently with large data sets, formulas, filters, and Experience working with large operational datasets, KPI reporting, and performance analysis is Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a low-supervision environment 🎁 Benefits This role requires West Coast–based working hours and location. Preferred Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PT, Monday through Friday. Schedule may be adjusted Strong Excel proficiency is required for reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs. Experience identifying and implementing workflow automations is a plus, but not required. Experience with Zendesk is a plus, but not required.
