📋 Description Execute sourcing strategies focusing on passive candidates to fill roles efficiently. Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Manager and client TA teams to refine sourcing plans. Recommend enhancements to recruitment strategy based on experience. Ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand in all sourcing activities. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in a relevant industry/function. Proven ability to creatively source using job boards, associations, referrals, social media, and Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within each search area. Industry knowledge and ability to recruit across multiple functions/industries.
