📋 Description Oversee on-site construction and installation projects as primary on-site point of contact. Coordinate between stakeholders, contractors, vendors and AHJs to hit milestones on time. Manage pre-project planning, permitting, schedules, and topline budget reviews. Provide weekly site walks, document progress, take photos, and compare against schedules. Maintain risk registers, punch lists, and detailed on-site reporting. 🎯 Requirements Direct experience supporting commercial construction projects. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud Strong permitting and inspection process knowledge across local/regional jurisdictions. Excellent communication with contractors, designers, and executive stakeholders across regions.
