Area Director- DD / IDD Services

📋 Description Oversee all residential programs and services across the assigned region (Lafayette, IN area). Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services Manage budgets, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy development, program performance Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, staff, and state management teams to drive Lead growth initiatives and develop new business opportunities within the region. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied 5+ years of experience in residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs. 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs/sites. Understanding of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver services, and IDOH/CARF Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
