📋 Description Evolve progressive delivery with Argo Rollouts and GitOps; work with Kubernetes to enable safe Optimize CI/CD infrastructure at scale; speed up builds and improve artifact management. Build deployment gates and guardrails to prevent production incidents. Improve deployment observability with dashboards and alerting in Datadog and Backstage. Drive reliability mission; implement chaos testing and automated rollback mechanisms. Mentor mid-level engineers, share knowledge, and improve team velocity. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years software dev experience in platform engineering, DevOps, CI/CD or SRE. Deep expertise with Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD), progressive delivery, and CI/CD at scale. Strong in building deployment pipelines using Buildkite, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc. Reliability engineering and observability with Datadog/Prometheus; SLOs/SLIs. Multi-language tech chops: TypeScript, Ruby, Python, Kotlin; tooling across stacks.
