📋 Description Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information weekly Prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Assist team with annual audit and tax filings Conduct regular general ledger maintenance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to insure accuracy in accruals 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar degree 8+ years of relevant work experience Possess a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude, team player and ability to quickly adapt to changes Excellent Excel skills 🎁 Benefits There are three major components to compensation for this position: base pay, Amazon Restricted A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level Zoox also offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, health insurance
