Recruitment Relationship Manager II

📋 Description Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers. Coordinate with offshore RSSs and RCs; mentor RSS, TA, RC. Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices and KPI achievement. Act as Talent Advisor on market trends and client needs. Manage requisitions with compliant documentation and client processes. Coach candidates for selection stages and provide timely feedback. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience (staffing or corporate HR). Experience with behavioral interviews and MSAs/SOWs. Strong analytics skills; translate data into actions. Ability to influence without authority; stakeholder management. Knowledge of OFCCP compliance; proficient with Microsoft Office.
