Procurement Contract Manager (Finance)

📋 Description Manage lifecycle of low-to-medium risk supplier contracts from drafting to termination. Standardize contract templates, fallback clauses, and playbooks. Guide stakeholders on commercial terms and procurement standards. Maintain contract records and track milestones in CLM/S2P systems. Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve questions and monitor compliance. Work with Legal, Finance, Tax, Information Security, and Privacy to align with standards. 🎯 Requirements Experience negotiating low-to-medium risk supplier contracts across tech/software/pro services. Understanding of commercial contract terms and procurement fundamentals. Proven use of standard templates and negotiation playbooks. Direct experience with CLM platforms (e.g., Coupa, Leah, NetSuite). Experience improving templates, playbooks, or governance processes.
