Contracted In-Home Occupational Therapist - Seating & Mobility Specialist

📋 Description In-home OT with seating/positioning and DME focus Wheelchair evaluations and seating/positioning assessments Provide home modifications and mobility equipment recommendations Educate on fall prevention, transfers, and mobility techniques Collaborate with family and care teams in care planning Document findings using our electronic system with seating justifications 🎯 Requirements OT degree from an accredited program Active, unencumbered OT license 2+ years clinical experience Specialized seating/mobility certification (ATP, SMS, or equivalent) Experience with wheelchair evaluations and DME recommendations Home health or aging/disability service experience preferred 🎁 Benefits Contract role; immediate start Compensation: per evaluation 5+ hours per week minimum In-home visits; remote team collaboration Travel paid per prior discussion/approval Use of technology for documentation
