Operate under guidance of Delivery Managers and Team Leads. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet program needs. 🎯 Requirements Entry level with eager to develop ops and client support skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient with spreadsheets and data handling (CSV, Excel).
