Operational Expertise: Hands-on multimodal ops in Mexico (ocean, air, trucking, customs). Market Relationships: Existing ties with major carriers and brokers in Mexico. Automation Mindset: Prefer automation and AI tools over manual processes. Leadership Presence: Credible local leader for Flexport in Guadalajara. Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
