📋 Description Lead residential programs, including high-acuity behavioral homes (AFH settings) Supervise, coach, and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Drive Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and partner on FBAs Provide crisis leadership with safe, compliant responses Collaborate with families, case managers, and clinical teams Manage staffing, budgets, and compliance 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field 2+ years of leadership experience (hiring, coaching, performance mgmt) Experience with co-occurring disabilities and mental health diagnoses (preferred) Hands-on experience with behavioral interventions and BSPs (1+ year) Crisis de-escalation and high-risk behavior management Residential/group home or behavioral health experience preferred 🎁 Benefits Starting wage: $55,700 annually 401k with 3% employer match after one year Company-provided hardware and cell phone stipend Pet insurance PTO and PTO donation program Medical, dental, and vision insurance
