📋 Description Own end-to-end leadership for AHS delivery across strategic site operators Develop and run a New Product Introduction process with gateways Lead regular SteerCos with site operators and secure sign-off Align workstream leads across Engineering, Finance, Quality, Product Support, Procurement, Legal Build executive-level relationships with site operators through production Ensure high-quality delivery at every gateway and release 🎯 Requirements 5+ years leading complex cross-functional technical programs in automotive, industrial, or robotics Experience running or building a formal NPI / gated development process Experience delivering to an external customer at production scale Strong communication and ability to drive alignment across functions
